Visit To A Blind School

Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see. The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision. Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind. In persuasion of everlasting zeal of Sewa Samiti, we reached out to the blind children of “Sai Blind Sewa Trust Chatrawas & Training Centre” at Shahdara, East Delhi. We contributed folding beds and mattresses to the children staying there. During an enlightening interaction with these children, we learnt that it's not the physical colors which enhances our lives but the myriad colors of emotions which gives meaning to our lives. These children of darkness showed us that true light comes from within, from our thoughts, our attitude and not from our environment around us.
